The Manufacturing of Thermoplastic Products

In its workshop for manufacturing of thermoplastic products, Plastinnova 2000 Ltd. has all the conditions to run the production in three shifts using 15 plastic processing machines. The total area of the workshop is 650 m2. For quick change of the manufacturing tools, a central crane system is used in the whole territory of the workshop.

For cooling the production machines, a central water chilling equipment is used, which was made by the Swiss company, Tool-Temp. The equipment, which works in a closed system, keeps the temperature of the cooling water on a level of 4 to 15 C degr.. The machines for manufacturing of thermoplastic products of Plastinnova 2000 Ltd. process plastic either by injection-moulding or thermo-moulding. The locking force of the machines is between 20 to 250 tons. The biggest mass of the products produced by Plastinnova's machines is 1300 grams. NC and CNC systems are used for controlling the machines.

Plastinnova 2000 Ltd. manufactures thermoplastic products either for technical or ordinary use. In production of products for technical use, the company also uses such complementary equipment as raw-material dryers and control units for temperature control of manufacturing tools. The latter equipment, also produced by the Swiss company Tool-Temp, use both water and oil as medium for temperature control.
