The inserts built in the tools are made of high-grade high-alloy steel purchased from such famous, professional manufacturers as Thyssen and Böhler. The heat treatment of the tools is not made by Plastinnova itself. It is made by subcontractors, also professional companies. They provide quality certificates on the technologies they use.

The dimensions of the biggest tool that Plastinnova can make are 560 x 560 x 450 mm. Certain parts of the tools bigger than this are made for the company by other professional manufacturers, subcontractors of Plastinnova 2000 Ltd.
